We can help with pre purchase land assessment, concept designs, dual occupancies, co-housing, plus accessible dwellings that work for whole of life. We apply the Australian Living Housing guidelines to our designs to ensure you can live in your house where your memories are based, with friends around you.

We offer full architectural services from Concept Design, Design Development, Development Applications, Builder ready Tender drawings and Contract Administration or Advice during Construction. Our fees are based on either a percentage of the final construction cost or as a lump sum as agreed.
