Our client bought this 3 bed house in the back blocks of Coolum Beach. It was a tired 1980's brick veneer bungalow but it has been given a new lease of life. This entailed opening up the boxy interior and rear walls to provide views to the new pool plus the creation of a new high ceilinged Family Room to replace a sad patio. A new larger front door opens to the new kitchen, laundry, revamped bathroom with skylight. Exterior repainting is also part of the renovation.
