Located on one of the Noosa River canals, this single storey home had 3 bedrooms, with only one looking over the river. The brief originally involved the creation of two new bedrooms and a bathroom into the existing 3 car garage. 3 options were presented but on reflection, the client asked for an alternative.

The garage conversion would have resulted in small bedrooms over looking the existing pool but meant the loss of the garage entirely. A new option was presented and developed to add a second storey built over the existing main bedroom and kitchen, with two bedrooms and bathroom overlooking both the river and the pool. This added immense value to the home by taking advantage of the location and water views. The project has proceeded to finalisation of building approval documents.
