Breeze is a 3 bedroom project house for flat or gently sloping sites. All living and bedroom areas face in one direction for solar access and or views. The main faced is glazed with adjustable screens and fixed sunshading to control the amount of sun and glare into the interior.

It is designed as a lightweight building and can be on a slab or raised timber floor dependent on site slope. A continuous terrace connects all living and bedrooms. The living room opens out to a covered alfresco area to which can be added a pool or gardens.
