Dune House is 3 bedroom project home over two levels, designed for flat or sloping sites. It has a strong sculptural form with a large cantilevered upper terrace covered by a projecting roof. The roof is a continuation of the butterfly form. This form collects all roof water and delivers it to underground tanks for use in irrigation, toilet flushing and laundry.

Designed for narrow sites, the terraces at both levels have solid side walls but with openable "gills" to allow views and cross ventilation but also afford privacy from neighbours.
