Breakaway is a 3 bedroom project house designed to be fabricated in 4 truckloads which can be craned into position. The original concept was to allow a modular home which can be added to over time. The main 2 storey section has two bedrooms with a glass roofed indoor outdoor dining room. This space acts as a link to the second stage module which would contain the main bedroom, robe and ensuite.

It can be built as lightweight or as a brick veneer building with stucco finish.
