A simple 2 bedroom plus study pavilion home for an architect and interior designer perched among the treetops and backed by a nature reserve. Built to a very tight budget, the design makes use of many off-the-shelf structural elements with simple finishes and innovative bathroom layouts to make the best use of the 100sqm floor plan. All bedrooms and living room are flooded with northern light with specially designed sunshading to control summer heat but allow winter solar access deep into the floor plan.
